Good cory food.

I just feed mine sinking shrimp pellets and a bit of the tropical flake that sinks to the bottom.

are there any better cory foods out there? I think I might get some Frozen Bloodworms tonight.

Not quite sure. Mine seems to like the algae discs I throw in and the flakes that sink. So do my ghost shrimp.

Corys need a balanced diet which includes meat, vegetables and starch.

Worms, either live frozen or freeze dried are the meat, algae wafers or spirulina disks are the veggies and flakes, granules or shrimp pellets are the starch and provide addition vitamins.

You don't have to feed everything everyday, however.
