I'm presuming you're trolling, but just incase this is a genuine question...
Blue paradise gourami - More commonly known as the paradise fish, is a rather agressive sub-tropical fish that needs a large amount of room to allow it to keep a territory that doesn't result in tank mates being attacked all the time.
To keep more than one you're looking at the very least at getting a 3ft (30gal) tank.
For pictus catfish they should be kept in small groups and really do need a bare minimum of a 4ft tank longterm. Around the 40-50gal mark.
If you want a 5-10gal tank then you need to be looking at much smaller, much more peaceful fish. For a 5gal you're looking at fish that max out around 4cm... and/or are very docile slow swimming fish. For a 10gal if it's rectangular you can probably stock it with fish up to the 5-6cm mark... but smaller if they're particularly active fish. So even danios wouldn't really be suitable for a 10gal as they're super super active and often seem to get stressed in small tanks.
