Glowlight Tetra Spawning Help!

my glow light tetras have decided to spawn in my community tank and i can see all the eggs being sucked up into my external filter. Will it be worth me turning the filter off and get the eggs out of the filter? id like to keep the fry if possible?

It may be quite difficult to move them without total loss. Id try to put something in the way of them to slow the water flow past them if they are not in danger of being eaten.

As for the eggs in the filter, id have already got them out but id expect nothing of them.
