Glass Worms

Hi , was in LFS today, looking for Daphnia, they had bags of what I was informed were glass worms,they were about a centimetre or longer and looked like catterpillars without legs (this making any sense?lol) , just wondered what they were and if they were safe to feed to my fish...........

Yeah I feed glass worms all the time to mine. Just be careful though as they seem to die off quickest in the bags and sometimes go fluffy which I dont trust so usually feed them towards the start of the week.

LOL , yeah worms, can't believe I wrote it like that, 7 days off work and 1 shift back and that's what happens, oh dear . lol

I feed mine them but I buy the frozen ones in cubes
