Glass Tank Divider Advice Please

dividing my tank into 2 sections for 2 male bettas. i have the tank and some sheet glass ready to use! how do you cut the glass to size? can this be done with ease? and also is clear bathroom silicone sealer stuff ok to use to hold the glass into place?

anyone one have a guide or can give me any advice on how do do this please! using a plastic one atm but looks really crap

NEVER use silicone designed for bathroom use as it contains, amongst other things, anti fungicides. ONLY use Aqarium safe silicone from the LFS.

To make your divider you first need to make a template from stiff card. When you are happy with the template then tape it to you glass and cut with a glass cutter. Then silicone in place (making sure your tank is BONE dry first)
If cutting the glass is beond your DIY skills then there are plenty of glaziers that would do it for a "drink" I'm sure
