Glass Fish With No Whiskers

i bought a few more glass fish and it wasnt untill i was aclimatising them i realised two had no whiskers, well they had stumps, its these two that hide and wont join the others, except at night, how could they have lost them and will they grow again,

They'll probably have lost them either through poor water quality in the shop, or had them nipped offby other fish.

If you keep your water good they should grow back

Well, they are very shy fish; it's probably just being a new tank. I have a dozen in a 55g tank, and sometimes I can't see a single one!
