Girlfriends In Hospital :(

me and my girlfriend both enjoy and often compete in bmx motorcross skiing and snowboarding and february 28th we are supposed to be leaving to italy for skiing and snowboarding but today that just changed

my girlfriend where at a motorcross centre and we where riding when all of a sudden i see elaine fall from a 15ft drop so i quickly drop my bike and help her she was unconscious for half an hour and is now recovering in hospital with a broken leg and pelvis she also has major concussion and is really dosy and can barely speak right. she is in for an op to see if there is anything else wrong with her brain and skull so we will see how it goes but i thought i would make a picture journal thing of our 3 years together as doctors say there is a 45% chance of her dying on the table :'(

Sorry to hear about that, These are the risks of such sports and are rather unforgiving. My mother died in a motorbike crash, I know how it is.

after seeing that today i might pack in motorcross ive fell a couple of times but im more experienced and also do free running, so i know how to land and not get hurt but elaines only been doing this since i got her into it 2 years ago

Hoping she pulls through fine dude, I used to ride BMX till my buddy shattered his hip and I nearly broke my wrists and ankles, its a dangerous sport but no where near as bad as moto X, we're all hoping and some of us no doubt praying for you guys.

With more than 50% chance of being ok, and doctors erring on the side of caution... I would hope her chances are really much better

Hopefully you both will soon have some epic scarey stories to be telling everyone!

and thanks lucy i know she is and im very lucky to have her and also we are still going skiing because
she really wants to go still and the doctors said it should be fine thanks for the prayers guys xxxx
