Does anyone know if Ghost koi carp can be put in to a tank and what the minimum size tank is for them?.

Anyone also know if they can be put in a tank what tropical fish they can be mixed with???

Thanks Matt B... :D

I wouldn't advise them in tanks they grow big, more for ponds.

:p thats the only reason i wanted them in a tank lol. Because i can't see them much in the pond.

Why as it got alot of blankett weed.

Ghost koi are usually greys or silver in color and can be hard to see in ponds but shouldn't be that hard.
I think they grow to about 2ft long so we are talking about a 100gal tank here or a tank at least 5ft long, 3ft wide and 2ft high.

If you line the bottom of your pond with pale gravel substrate you will be able to see the koi alot easier :) .

And barley straw is good for removing blanket weed and green algae.
