Heey I just ghost fed the tank for the first time yesterday and in 4 hours it'll make 24 hours; I see some flakes at the bottom, should I ghost feed today too? Or should I decide depending on the parameters? I wont be home tomorrow nor the next either so idk
It's a 105 L planted tank, at 25ºC. No animals inside yet

Is ghost feeding using flake to start the cycle?

Yes. Flake or some other organic matter to decompose and produce ammonia. I don't generally do it to cycle. But I do add flakes to a tank that I'm preparing for fish. Just to produce some macronutrients for the plants until I add livestock.

You're better off using some aquarium grade ammonia like Dr Tims. That way you have complete control. You can add precisely as much ammonia as you want, when you want.
