My wife won't allow a larger tank - yet. For her this hobby just distracts me from the housework. A bigger tank would just be more distraction .

But doesn't the wife understand that having and maintaining a beautiful tank is all part of the housework that contributes to a beautiful home? And if one tank makes a house look lovely, imagine what another tank would do? You ARE contributing to the housework! Besides, it's not like your tank is an eyesore. It's like a work of art or a beautiful decoration, and there should be multiple displays of such beauty in a house. At least this is the arguement that has always worked well with my mother. That arguement got me the 36g in the Florida room. It'll get me the extra tanks in my room, the tank in the office, and the nano reef in her room.

If not, flowers and chocolates, tried and true. Again, this works on my mother.

..........Again sorry for the criticism, I feel bad for even giving any about such a tank!

Don't apologise for your comments, I appreciate constructive critisism. If all one heard were "wonderful....beautiful etc." then one would have a false sense of acheivement. There is always room for improvement and my tank is by no means an exception. Thank you for finding the time and effort to post your comments.

It would be a refreshing change to see others contribute as much honesty on other tanks here.
