Gals to ft

i have a 3 ft tank and have 6 tiger barbs in it i was wondering if i could get 4 rummy nose tetras and some little fish as well to make a great communtiy tank. also how many gallons make a ft because i dont no what sizes are when ppl say 55 gals and 20.

Feet measure length they're two different things

That sounds ok in a 3ft, but i'd get a few more rummy nose! they are lovley fish, and do great in groups of 6+

if your tank is 36 inches (3 feet) long, 12 inches deep and 18 inches high, then it is 35/36 galons. thats what my tank is
