my fish gt fungus and all of them died but i heard it will stay in the stones and the only way to get red of it is to replace all the stones is this true

You could boil the stones...that would kill any bacteria/organisms on the stone.

Without knowing the cause of the fungus or what type it was, I would remove all the gravel substrate and boil it, remove the decor too and clean it thoroughly in boiling water, same for plastic plants. I would also ditch the filter media and it could contain some of the bacteria which caused the fungus and replace with new, then start a fishless cycle on it using a pure ammonia source, the chances of anything nasty surviving thru that is pretty limited.

I would also use a weak bleach solution to thorougly clean the tank surfaces as well and obviously rinse well afterwards.
