Fungus Growth? What Medication?

Last week, I noticed that my female swordtail had some sort of white growth of her fins, tail, and body. It looks cotton-like and is formed in small patches, so I'm guessing it's a fungus. I recently noticed my black balloon molly with that same probelm. It's above his left eye and I fearing that I might lose both of these fish if I don't treat it.

The two fish are in a hospital tank with an air pump and a heater. I started treating them with Maracyn-Two in the hospital tank. Is there any any kind of medication that treats fungus? Any advice?
