Good enough food, but it makes a mess. Personally, I prefer frozen BBS. It's easy...just pull it out of the freezer, plop it in some tank water, and let it thaw. Fry eat it quite readily.

It tends to disperse and suspend in the water, giving the water a murky look to it. Very cloudy. Water changes dilute it, but don't get rid of it entirely.
