Frozen Food Defrosted, Is It Ok Yes Or No

I accidentally left my frozen blood worms and brine shrimp out last night for 10 hours and were liquid this morning. Are they still good if I re-freeze them or do I have to buy new one's?

Personally I'd throw them.

They are no good, they are probably rotten now.

Ok I refroze them but I guess it's not worth risking my fish lives, only costs 4$ or so to get new one's. I'll just get new one's.

Just like the frozen food we eat, once fish food is thawed, it should never be re-frozen, for exactly the same reasons.
