It depends.

If it is the african clawed frog, then yes, they pretty much eat every fish in the tank, except for very large fish.

African Dwarf Frogs on the other hand, are much more peaceful, and don't eat fish.

My ACF managed to devour 5 neon tetras in the scape of 10minutes.

African Clawed Frogs are very much voracious eaters
 
if your not sure how to tell the difference between acf and adf, clawed frogs have litle claws on their fingers and dwarf frogs have webbed hands. plus if your frog is white its a pretty sure bet its a clawed frog as you dont tend to see white dwarf frogs.
