For all Canadians to remeber

I don't know how many of you know but 4 fallen officers died this month in the line of duty trying to stop a know drug operation.
This painting depics the feelings and emotions felt for them

This painting is dedicated to the fallen members of the RCMP that were killed last week. A man from Ontario did this up for the RCMP's and it is being displayed at HQ outside the OC's office, and later will be transferred to an art gallery in Edmonton for 3 months.

I have been following this story since it happened...and being a fellow canadian i feel for their familys and friends...This is a rude awakening for our country i think...Cuts in funding and equipment in such a profession can only lead to tragic ends such as these...But there is one less person in the world who is dangerous...its just too bad it took 4 good people to do it.

Can you lot believe that an aquaintance of mine was that naive to believe that Canada had no murder/killing within its borders?! This person is a 'mature' adult too. I don't know, maybe the dude was just being sarcastic, but to follow it up by saying that he'd check it out. Well, I was speechless.....

Anyway, sad that something like this had to happen. My heart goes out to all the victims and their families. (And the dealers be dealt with their just deserves)

Life to mean life. Not a few years inside then back out to re-commit.

Have you all seen Bowling for Columbine. It really shocks you doesnt it. Why are they so different to evryone else?

That is the reason americans beleive there is no violence in Canada. Bowling for columbine...And truthfully, its very correct. If four officers were killed here in New orleans, it might barely make the locaL news.Versus the VAST size of Canada took a huge bow toward the 4 officers that gave their life.

i wish that America could act in such a way.
