Fluval U3 Filter Small Fish Issues

Apologies if this has already been posted...

Today one of my Zebra Danios got stuck in the bracket of the filter. Is anyone else aware of this problem, or know of anything that I can pack the back of the filer with? Some sort of putty that won't harm the fish?

Hi and welcome, the same thing happened with mine, I lost a Yoyo loach due to it
Any way all I do is I covered the side with some java fern and I stuck a mcdonalds straw in the corner just incase. Now I've lost no more fish
