Hello all,
Im looking for ideas and suggestions on what to do with my office fish tank, which is a 5 gal fluval Chi, and houses one male betta. The tank was a gift, which makes me less angry about how poor the filter/lighting integrity is. But now the lights dont work, and it makes it look like a betta dungeon. It only has some plastic plants and marimo moss in it, with a sand substrate with some rocks and glass mixed in. I have some driftwood to add and was thinking maybe some swords, but first things first- a new light and filter. I thought about just buying a replacement cube, but for $40 i want something that will actually work for a while. Suggestions?
thanks!
Jaime

You could contact Fluval, they are actually quite good at getting replacement parts and it would be cheaper than buying a new tank. Then you can add plants etc and really change the look.

However if you are itching to get rid and are after a similar sized tank, look into the Superfish Wave 15 (not sure if it is available out of the UK) or 20l Arcadia Arc. I have both and they are super little tanks.
