How long have you being using the med now, and how long do you have left to treat.
Tolak the mod keeps angels and he knows a very lot about him, I would maybe pm him and ask for some advice.

Sounds like a swim bladder problem. Cut out the bloodworms for a while, an antibiotic will help if it is a bacterial issue. What antibiotic are you using?

Epsom salt will help with any constipation issues, which may be where the problem originated. Sprinkle a tiny bit on some frozen brine shrimp, the shrimp have more roughage which helps the problem as well.

I feed bloodworms to angels about twice a month, and feed frozen brine shrimp the next feeding to help keep them regular. I don't see a problem with the earthworms, I would be feeding these more than the bloodworms.
