Flowerhorn

[Ficious]

this is 60 USD for a beautiful flowerhorn. now i know these are hybrids (correct?) and very stunning. its about 6 inches long and in his own tank at the LFS. the owner has very good prices on most fish and im hoping this is a deal.

how much have you guys paid for them??

Depending on the quality. Ive heard the grading system is a load of crap. My lfs is supposed to have the best flowerhorn in CA and they go for about 100 a piece when they first go in for a 4 incher. A masterpiece fish would be about 400 for a 4 incher. It really depends on what you like, if you think its worth 60 bucks, then go for it. You can usually get 5-10 bucks off if you ask them for it.

depends on how much you like him.
I would suggest asking on MFK as there is a Mahoooooosiv Section decoted to grading Flowerhorns and there breeding on there.

check this price against the Flowerhorn Section of Aquabid - thats where the seriuos money gets spent on these guys.,
