I've just upgraded my filter to a Fluval 405 in my 180 litre tank. I've reduced the flow rate as I felt the pressure going back into the tank was creating a powerful current that may not be so good for the fish.
Is my thinking right?
The smallest fish I have are Cardinals at about 1 inch long and felt they would struggle as the flow was very powerful. The filter that was on the tank was a Fluval 205.
