tank mates for jardinii

prochilodus, silver dollar, oscar, ruby sharks, tinfoil barb?

any feedback

Tank mates for a jardini are better kept as rocks wood and plants, sometimes they will tollerate bottom dwelling fish but anything that swims around the tank is going to get ripped up, all the fish you have listed there would be killed eventually.

Jardini are just plain 100% aggressive, mine now shares a 6x2x2 tank with just two bichirs, it wont tollerate anything else in the tank and thats that.

do you think its ok to put these flagtails with discus fish?

There are cases of flagtails sucking oh the slime coats of flat bodied fish such as discus, angels and stingrays so it really would be a case of trial and error, try putting one in and watch closely for a while and if its causing problems yank it back out.

try and see

i have had 3 diffrent 12inch flagtails 2 were fine with rays 1 even tryed sucking on a 20inch aro

you can only keep 1 flagtail per tank or they will kill each other

once the jardini gets to 10inch it will kill any tank mates you try to keep with it unless you have a 50,000 gal tank then you may get away with it
