You need to pave every inch of that backyard, then get an impenetrable fence around it and a pair of rabbits inside. If you can successfully get them to breed in that fishtank model, at least a couple of times, then you've transferred your fish breeding skills to the wide world of rabbits!

But rabbits are like guppies. Use that yard for Capybaras...

Bud if i did that i would need two more dogs and having more than one dog leads to puppies. Now what am i going to do with all the puppies ?

Feeders. Get a crocodile.

Okay, I'm trying to be fish themed. I would never do that to a puppy. I don't even do that with fish.

I guess you saw the article yesterday about the alligator in florida eating an adult golden retriever.

More seriously i would never let my puppy near such a beast. Though there is also the problem with nesting eagles in my neck of the wood.

I did not see that. Yikes. But it's not surprising.

We see coyotes, and when our dog was a puppy we had a bobcat wandering around. We had to be cautious there.

Black bears are rare here, but always possible. We get bald eagles. The current one is okay, but the one who had the franchise before him was a garbage bag raider. Our dog is too large to be in danger there.

My neighbour has semi-domesticated two stray cats, and they've survived all the predatory beasts and the tourist cars. We haven't had a local squirrel around for more than 3 weeks in 4 years here. Grey squirrels see what looks like a perfect habitat with no competition and come dancing in, but the coyotes, bobcat and eagles work fast.

You guys love wild caught fish so much. Why don’t you have a dingo instead of domesticated dogs?

We need them in the wild to control the pests. Our wc fishes didn't do a good job of going after those pesty little ground hog like critters.
