i think i might hold off on the whole planted tank thing for a little while. it seems like alot more work than what i had origionally thought.

Ok here are my plants so far.
Top is java fern that grows babys like crazy. Left is Anubias congensis right is Crypt petchii.

The tall ones are Onion plants. That big open space will have a large piece of wood I am going to plant some java fern on it.

I just ordered 3 blue acaras from Thatpetplace. They have been shipped and will be here tomorrow I can't wait. I will post some photo of them once they settle in. I also ordered some plants too I am not worried about them.

I just got my fish from thatpetplace.com I ordered them yesterday at 5pm got them at 10 am they look better then if I picked them up at the pet store and drove home. Very heathy and swimming in the bags like crazy. Great fish if you want to buy online fish go with these guys.

Puppy Center in West Hartford has some more unusual fish, both fresh and salt. Lots of freshwater fish. Accessories too and of course puppies. the site does not represent the fish inventory, particularly freshwater.

It is NY, but pretty close to you and well worth it!
It's a little dark, almost looks closed, but it's just because of the aquariums, once he flips on the tank lights... w0w!

Fintastic Aquariums just opened up at 970 Main Street in Manchester CT 860 643 6200. They will have a great varity of fish and alot of unique ones.
