Well , no one got all of them, but i will give it to Kj, since she posted first. A couple you guys missed were :
Pelvicachromis Taenaitus " Nigerian Red"
Pelvicachromis Taeniatus " Dehane"

I can't think of any others at the moment. I used to ahve a book with some 25 different color morph's ect.

One of the largest bichirs is:Polypterus endlicheri congicus which can reach up to 97cm (about 36 inches).

yup, that is indeed commonly accepted as the largest one - btw, the conversion to inches is more like 39 .
