Can someone help me verify that these are Cory, Not Pleco ?

They are neither cories nor plecs. I'm not an expert in these fish but they look more like one of the species of synodontis or one of the similar species. Someone will know what they are.

yup that's what they are, they have the same behavior. I remember getting them from petsmart a while ago. I made a trip there this Sunday and some how I was convinced that I was confused and I ended up with a pair of pleco. It got me concerned that they will be a monster 24" fish soon. thanks for verifying. They are getting chunky already, they love hiding out around the filter and under the heater and hide in my plants

I ran your image through Google’s reverse image check & no Fish came up, a bunch of kinda abstract art. Maybe I can crop it & try again
