Bin told its a catfish and grows to about 15cm likes to dig, any suggestions?

Looks like a loach from the Schistura genus to me, possibly S. carbonaria?

In SA, they are known as a weather Loach..... but I cannot believe that they get to that size.... 15cm!

nah they won't just what the guy at the lfs said which i took with a pinch of salt
