i think the place i got it from must have it ID'd wrong,

i feel like crawling under a rock and dying lol

i had it as

Hemitremia flammea
Flame chub

what do you think?

anyway for the fervent guessing if nothing else i think helterskelter should do the next pic

Dunno what it is, but its definately a very cute looking little fish ! Is it in the cyprinid(sp?) family of fish?

Heh....Its a Livebearer, and had i not seen one recently I never would have guessed:
Characodon Audax and its on the red list of endangered species.

beaufortia kweiochosis (spelling?) although its hard to be sure without seeing its markings...

And not peculiar, cute as hell...
