Fish Id Please

[Harlequins]

I bought 6 glowlight tetras earlier,but found a 7th tetra in the bag,that doesn't look like a glowlight,i have a suspicion of maybe a flag tetra? something rings a bell of these being in the same tank...

Any ideas please,heres a fuzzy pic of the said tetra.
