Do your water change again. Seems wierd that you have no nitrates though

this is the thing, i cant get an exact colour match, mayb the nitrates r the next level up, i put 0 cos the colour is closer to 0 than the next level

take a sample of your water to the LFS or if you have a friend in the hobby get them to test the water for you.
