First fish...

Hm..I guess it would have to be a VT Betta named Tango and a orangish molly. The molly died because the betta killed him and ripped out it's brain and such. The betta died 2 years later of finrot/bodyrot.

The first fish I had was a goldfish named Ophelia. Won her at the fair. Kept her in a bowl Then I begged mom to get me another and of course it died and took the original fish with it.

Then we had a community tank added some swordtails and they ate everyone's tails. Then it was swordtails and catfish (six bullheads in a 20 gallon tank I think I was younger than 9 so that's a little fuzzy....). The swordtails all died but the cats lived for a long time in the tank that turned green from too much fish load...I tried to pet pet them I'll never forget the first time I got stabbed by a fish lol.

After this I got obsessed with always having one weather loach in the tank (after the cats keeled over it was my tank in my room...). Along with a goldfish a few gouramis and things like painted glass cats and neons (basically bright and flashy freshies). I never could keep a pleco alive though.

Moved out took a long break from any fish. Started a koi pond then realised there things like stocking rules...Poor pond fish are still overstocked. I have a plan but haven't been able to do it yet. A 3,000 gph pump is sitting in my cabinet doing nothing because I ran out of gas before I got a liner.
