My Betta has finrot. I've bought some Myxazin today but he's in with a snail and two african dwarf frogs. It doesn't say if it's safe for snails and frogs but I assume not so am gonna move to my community tank temporarily.
There is no carbon in my filter so I don't need to remove that. Would I need to remove my decorations and also the little airsttone that's in there? It's porous so I am worried.
Next it says use one drop per litre. Mine is a 20 litre so I add 20 drops. It says use on days 1,2,3,4 and 5 so I guess I just use it for 5 days and that's it?
Do I do any daily water changes whilst he's being treated or just give it a good clean first before the 5 day course?
When I come to the 6th day will I have to do anything special before adding my frogs and snail back in? Like a big water change or anything?
