Hey everyone
I just found this forum site, and I am so happy to have done so. I've been poking around different forums for a while now and am so glad to have found one that appears to actually be active! I knew there had to be other 'fishy folk' out there, just had to find you all!
Anyway, I'm from middle of nowhere central Kansas. Not the most ideal spot for tropical fish keeping, but thankfully the internet and speedy shipping options make this hobby possible almost anywhere these days. I've actually just re-entered the hobby a couple of months back after a rather long break, rediscovering why I used to love having fish so much! I'm diving more into the breeding aspect of things this time around, an exciting new venture for sure. The tank to my left here, my first breeding project, has a lovely colony of Heterandria formosa, not the flashiest little fish around but one I knew I wanted to have since I first read about them...so tiny, I just adore them!
Like I said earlier, I'm very glad to have found this forum and look forward to getting to know you all here!
