Finally Got A Decent Pic

I finally got a decent picture of one of my two types of endler. It was via stealth mode first thing in the morning and turning on the tank light manually and taking the shots before the rocket fueled critters could wake up and starting dancing all over the tank away from the lens.

The endlers are still only young so still not showing their full potential.

Now to just sneak up on the other type of endler which are in another tank.

Lovely fish!! Stealth mode eh? Might have to try that myself as I can't get a decent pic of my endlers either, always get those lovely blurry action shots

Get them when they are napping first thing in the morning before the tank lights have come on.

Its a bit like "Shhh be very very quiet, I'm hunting Endlers"

Unfortunately he didn't want to pose in the light to really show off his colour.

Yes he is green, and looks nice in the light.

And finally some better pictures of the black bar type of Endler

One of the black bar boys has quite a lot of hot pink on him, but singling him out for a few photos is hard.

Baccus your endlers are absolutely gorgeous Are any of them showing signs of breeding....no babies as yet? How impressive would it be if you had a huge school of these swimming around in your tank bling bling.

The males are always after the females and they are starting to get rounder so I would say I should have fry on the way soon . Almost a shame that I am not going to be naughty and put one of our blue male guppies with a female endler, that I think would produce some outstanding offspring.
So any room in your tanks for Endlers once mine start breeding like crazy?

Yahoo one of my female endlers has dropped her first fry, can't wait now to see if the fry are the green type of endler or if they are going to be black barred. But at least my foray into the world of endlers is moving forwards.

beutiful fish i have lots just like those although i dot think i have the black ones though definetly want them though
