Filter Output Needs Improving

At the moment I have a Fluval Roma 240 with Fluval 305 external filter that comes up through the bottom in one corner like so:

I have a Koralia powerhead up in the opposite corner that points from the back diagonally towards the front/other end. I want to make sure my flow is good, as I have pressurized co2 and ei ferts and lots of plants. Does anyone else have this filter set up and if so, how do you have it set up? Is there another filter output that would be better i.e. that outputs in one direction instead of two? Or would looking into using a spray bar improve it?

All advice/recommendations welcomed.

I have the same output style on my Vicenza 180. I have one pointing up at the surface and the other pointing down towards the substrate. But then again i have my 305 running on normal pipework at the other end of the tank and my TT 1200 running through the fixed pipes in the tank.

I just figure any of the plants that are near the output aren't getting much nutrients/co2 because the filter pushes away from that corner. Perhaps I should move my co2 diffuser!!

If anyone has a spraybar, and can give me some info on pros and cons then that would be appreciated.
