your angels are gorgeous & I love your rambling plants :good: So sorry to hear of your problems, I hope all is ok now.

looking good

once that vallis takes over it'll look spot on
if the tanks big enough congo tetras would look great

thanks :)

dont think it stands a chance with them biting off chunks of it, it was this high when i bought it, then you can see how tall those last "leaves" have gotten, but they just cant help themselves, i dont want to risk moving it tho, maybe ill have a look see if theres any kind of protection i can use around it to give it a chance, sort of flexible plastic netting or something

looking good i have always wanted a plated tank but hey not with these monster

looking good shelagh. the other barb in with the red ones is an odessa barb. ( the 1 with silvery body and red stripe from head to tail) lovely fish .

thanks mark :)

i split up most of the plants, trimmed a lot of them and planted the cuttings, in a few weeks it will have filled out a huge amount ( if the current growth rate is anything to go by)
can`t really tell if i like it or not just now, as its still looking a bit "Spacey" in there, did a huge water change to be able to get to the plants without drowing,so i lost my much loved tannins for a few days till the wood leaks more
