Few Questions

Very simple getting a basic clearseal 2 foot tank I'm able to get a Fluval 2+ Filter for a fiver . Is this enought filteration ?
Possibly a heater for free unsure on size if not i can get 100W heater for 11 quid is this adequete ?
What size and sort of lighting am i looking for ? Have no idea on what size bulb does anyone know measurements? is it T5's Or T8's?

I will be keeping live plants in it but not telling stocking lol

If anyone can answer i would be really greatfull

No idea on plants lol have a lovely lotus in main tank that i could move over and some ludwigia for the colour also going to try pick up some established plants ...Fairly good with Diy can lay laminate hang wallpaper wire a plug etc and whatever i can't do OH can lol

got vallis in main tank really want something a bit diffren maybe soem dwarf hairgrass or riccia no moss in this tank tho lol i want big background plants loads of stone caves and small grass like at the front and possibly some dense floating plant no duckweed tho ! lol

What size of T5 am i looking for ? the tank is 24" so am i looking for an 18" bulb ? which kind too ? Never bought bulbs before lol

I was thinking you could build your own lid then add the lights yourself 2x18" T5's would work well with a moonlight led going down the centre perhaps?

could get oh to do that i could built the frame and get him to brings his starters? i think thats what they're called would have to check with what size he has tho but that could work ...If i'm feeling really creative i could make LED's ! lol just pretty limited in how high i can do the lid as it's going to be partially sitting under my wall kitchen cupboards
