good you got yaself a wild one its hard to find a wild one in the UK and my little fella is fine he gets harrassed off my sev sometimes but i have a JD that sorts him out they are all little babys now i got rid of my firemouth yday because he was leathering my convict but spose it was for the good and its deffinatley a blue acara he does not have the colouration of on the fins like GT's have on them.

Also some opinions on breeding convicts in a 25 gal is this tank big enough size they will be the only fish in the tank apart from 2 BN plecs

If you take the BN's out, you might MIGHT get away with a 25g for a single pair of convicts, should be a little larger (30+), be aware though, if they do spawn, they will regularly and baby convicts are not easy to get rid of as they are such prolific breeders.

so iv heard minx i took all that into caution and asked my LFS if they would take them and they said that they will even pay me but i have another question a pink convict and a normal one they can breed together cant they ?
