My Old Channas

I once went through a big phase of keeping channa/ snakeheads in various tanks. Quite a few people on this forum kept them and the seemed more widely available than now. One day I'll keep them again
 
My Channa Orientalis I got 4 as babies and ended up with a breeding pair which stupidly I sold after raising the young. I'd love a pair of these again.
 

I had a couple of Channa Bleheri as well. Lovely looking fish when they matured and coloured up.

My favourites were my Channa Pulchra I had 6 babies which soon grew in to 7 inch adults that look amazing in the flesh.

cheers they certainly were and great fish to keep, I've never seen them for sale since those I bought probably about 8 years ago
