Hi,

I've been keeping fancy guppies for about a year and it's the time of year I allow them to breed. Many of the females gave birth successfully except for one. It looked pregnant to start with but now it's just so large that I think it has major health issues.

I'm considering giving it the chop because it does not look natural.

I'd love to know what someone more experienced thinks of this.

Cheers.

Welcome to the forum Jack. I am going to move your thread to the Tropical emergencies area. I would not keep a fish that looks like that but someone in the emergencies area may be able to help.

Thanks OldMan47, I only had a brief look around for a forum that would suit my topic.

The fish seems to have 'deflated' or disappeared. I think whatever was wrong has righted itself overnight. Very strange.

Wow, really shocking photos! Glad everything is strangely back to normal :good:
