cool, i was concerned with water waste. I do something similar, i do a good vac and stir of the gravel to start and then let it set on the center bar as i wipe the tops and empty the 2nd and 3rd buckets. I've got my standard water change down to about 15 minutes in my 55g community.

here's my answer: if your parents like fish, then get the oscar. otherwise, go for the female betta community. finding affordable housing for college is tough enough without needing to accommodate a 95g tank.

Ya know, I would gain cool points for originality.

You know the betta would love it. I'm getting a male betta for my 5 gallon, he's going to love it. I'm still not sure about getting some ADFs, too.

I'd defiantly go with the 95 gallon tank, but instead of an oscar I'd get a fire eel and a birchir, and whatever else I can keep with them
