When keeping omnivors and herbivores can you not put any sort of worm or shrimp or does it need to be all greens?

Malawis don't get on well with beef heart or bloodworm, lots of people will tell you that as it is a 'meaty' type protein which can cuase upset stomachs and malawi bloat...

Brineshrimp, mysis, daphina (all available frozen packs) will be fine for your malawis and is recommended as a treat.

BTW what omnivores are you thinking of having, afterall omnivores eat both don't they so you would not NEED to feed them anything as meaty as beefheart or bloodworm?

I feed mine osi mixed its brine and spinula flake and dont worry abot it. easy !
