Feeding Plecos

hi guys, have just inherited bristlenose pleco and was wondering if the vegies etc you suggest feeding himare raw or need to be blanched?

cucumber, raw potato, courgette all work fine for me

you can try raw or partially cooked. Some will take either, others prefer raw or cooked.
pumpkin & zucchini are pretty good

my pleco absolutely devours cucumber, I just cut a piece then slice it in half and pop it in with one of theose screwcumber things you can get on ebay, this helps it sink. A day later there is nothing left but cucumber skin! My krib likes to have a nibble too
