Feeding Dwarf Cichlids?

What variety of food should I give my dwarf cichlids?

They can eat several types of foods with live being preferred. A good quality cichlid flake or pellet if you can find one small enough would make for a good staple with frozen and live foods occasionally.

Really, they aren't hard to feed at all.

Granules is what you want. They will sink down to where the cichlids hang out.

do bolivian rams count as dwarf cichlids? because mine dont eat flakes but they love shrimp pellets and other sinking food.
