I feed my fish a weekly treat of bloodworms (mosquito larvae) and daphnia. I just wondered if I should increase the frequency or alter it. The rest of the taime is flake. Any idea's All my fish go crazy over it all.

I would feed my fish morning and teatime alternating between Livefood, Frozen and Flake. Waterchanges are necessary each week to keep the whole thing in a healthy state.

I only treat my fish with live food once a week too - but they get frozen food once a week (which some of them don't like as much) and I have four or five different types of dry and flake food - so that they don't get bored! :)

My fish also go crazy for bloodworm and daphnia. I use the frozen cubes, and feed once a week - bloodworm one week, daphnia the other. At other times they get flake, sinking wafers, Tetra Min crisps and also veggies such as peas, cucumber and sweetcorn.
I'm not an expert, but I've found that once a week for the bloodworm or daphnia seems to be working well.
By the way, I feed once a day and they have a Sunday as a "starve" day.

Since I have dwarfpuffers, I have a cube of bloodworm to feed daily. A whole cube is too much for 3 dp's so the rest get scattered amongst the other tanks daily. Everyone loves them!

I feed my fish live food (Daphnia, Bloodworm or Brine Shrimp) twice a week and in between they get flake, wafer and dried fod. I have yet to try frozen food. :)
