WOuld This Filter be suitable for a juwel 70 litre as i want to remove the black box inside mine.Also can i add an external heater on it somewhere.

sorry its the Tetratec EX 600 External Filter

That would be fine.

You can easily add a external heater - just plumb it into the outlet tube.
