Extending The Lead On A Light Unit/starter

Has any one ever extended the lead from the light unit to the tube? I cant find the right type of cable anywhere. Its solid core HV cable.

Thanks but I already have loads of single core, I would like twin core to keep things tidy

You could use the single core and get some heat shrink sleeving to hold the cables together?
