Engineer Goby

I am getting frustrated because of the lack of variety in the brackish fishes being sold locally so i am considering going saltwater. I have a 16inch. Freshwater Moray. Can i keep an Engineer Goby ( Pholidichthys leucotaenia) with this? If so what is the minnimum specific gravity? The engineer gobies that are for sale are about 12 inches and are about $60 each, is this overpriced?

I got a 9" engineer goby for $12 about 2 months ago. However he didnt make it. I was pretty bummed because he was an awesome fish. However I can't see how he will survive with a Moray...

hovers between 1.020-1.022
