Elliotti Help!

Hi my elliotti has lost the ability to swim.Shes been like this for a few months now,Ive treated her for swim bladder infections etc but no luck.So Im thinking maybe she got injured somehow? So now Im wanting to make her life as enjoyable as poss so windered if anyine had any similar experiences looking after a disabled fish,tank layout etc?

If you use a phone to take the video, hold the phone horizontally so the video fills the entire screen.

There is no cure for swim bladder problems and companies selling snake oil to fix swim bladder issues are not helping you.
